BOAT – Setting The Paces

This album isn’t really something to marvel at, but instead it’s something to have fun with. BOAT comes from the musical hotbed that is Seattle, and their new effort is another blissful indie pop record. It should be able to get you a clappin’ and a dancin’, provided you do that kind of thing when you listen to music. I also like Devendra Banhart’s new album, but I’m guessing BOAT is lesser known considering Banhart’s recent move to Reprise, and we’re all about helping out the smaller guy here at f/k. Here’s a little taste of da BOAT.
