Atlas Sound – Logos
I’ve been waiting for this since “Walkabout” was released in the summer, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Bradford Cox, along with a couple of guests, have put together a group of great songs that flow together wonderfully. I enjoyed it more than his previous effort as Atlas Sound, and I hope it will find itself on a number of end of the year lists, because it really is that good. Can’t recommend enough: get it. For those who haven’t yet heard it, here’s the Panda Bear-induced Summer Jam ‘09.

I dig. End of year list worthy? Possibly. I’ve run into quite a few albums with many songs of the “Walkabout” greatness. That seems to be like the only really really really awesome track on here. I might be missing something, though.
