Princeton – Cocoon of Love

There wasn’t much released this week, which is actually a good thing considering the amount of great music that has been released this year. I keep stumbling across albums from this year that I forgot were so good, and I can’t really remember a year that has produced such a wave of fantastic music. Anyway, I haven’t really listened to this, but what I have heard I enjoyed. It’s pop-influenced songs are pretty infectious at times, and their Beirut-influenced are nice too, despite sounding scarily close to Beirut. But If you’re itching for something new, especially a poppy album, give it a shot. If not, I would suggest revisiting some stuff you may have put aside for the moment, because next week will bring another batch of good releases…
