The Dodos – Time To Die

Following The Dodos’ stellar sophomore album Visiter, their 3rd full length Time To Die packs a similar punch to its predecessor. Having grabbed the help of Seattle music guru Phil Ek and of new band member Keaton Snyder, they have churned in a more polished and equally enjoyable album and sound to what we’ve gotten used to. The flow of the album is impressive, and I can’t really pick out a sour spot on the album (except maybe the song “Two Medicines”). Anyway, if you missed the digital download of this on July 28th, it came out on LP yesterday, and I would recommend picking it up. The album opener is posted below.
